50+ community resorts aims to integrate the 55+ British population within local communities and provide a positive environment for feel good activities.

50+ community resorts will be managed by Almeria Angels, wardens and nurses.

All apartments will come with: double wall insulation, triple glazing, top quality air conditioning units, fully installed kitchens (with several styles available to choose from) and the choice of shower, bath or wet room.

The interior distribution of the apartments is fully optional, you can choose to have it as, open floor plan distribution (except bathroom) mobile walls (some of the interior walls can be extended or removed thanks to an innovative rail system on your ceiling) or a closed floor plan, (traditional type of walls).

The resort is designed to offer an entirely step free environment incorporating extra large lifts to all levels including under ground parking, wide corridors and door access.

This resort will be part of a small typically Spanish village, located in the south east of Spain, in a semi rural setting but still very close to the coast, enjoying the best of both worlds.

Legal
All of our properties come with a building license and mortgages are available if required. We recommend you use the services of an English speaking local lawyer preferably referred to you by a client that has already purchased in the area and are happy with their services.

Viewing Trips
We can arrange viewing trips for you to come over for a look around or alternatively we would be just as pleased to meet you here if you intend to make your own travel arrangements. We can not offer free viewing trips as we prefer you to be under no pressure to purchase, we are happy just to show you the area, the properties so you get an idea of what you get for your money.
